Your account
You must be 21 or older with a valid driving license held for at least 1 year. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when payment is captured. Free changes are available up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, change fees may apply per the Pricing page.
Using the vehicle
Please return the vehicle in the condition you got it. Smoking is not allowed. Off-road use voids insurance. Keep within your booked country unless cross-border use is explicitly enabled.
Liability
Insurance covers most accidents up to a deductible. The deductible varies by plan — see your booking summary or the Pricing page for the exact amount.
Termination
We may suspend an account in case of fraud, repeated traffic violations, or misuse of the service. You can close your account anytime from Settings; outstanding bookings will still apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
