What we collect
We collect identity data (name, email, phone), driving credentials (license number, expiry, country of issue), payment data (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers), and ride telemetry (route, speed, charging events) for the duration of an active booking.
- Account: name, email, phone, password (hashed)
- Verification: driving license image, ID document
- Payment: tokenized via Stripe; we store last 4 digits and brand
- Telemetry: GPS, speed, energy used — only during your booking
Why we use it
We process the data above to deliver the rental, comply with road-traffic regulations, prevent fraud, and improve our service.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@evodrive.example and we'll respond within 30 days.
